If there ever was a Thanksgiving cocktail, this is it. Since the first time we served it in the Fall, its been requested ever year. You might even say it’s not Thanksgiving without it.

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 oz American rye whiskey

3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth

1⁄4 oz Bénédictine

1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish 

1  Lemon twist

How to Make the PREAKNESS COCKTAIL

Add all in the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.

Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
