Our recipe for Spanish Hot Chocolate is based on the traditional 17th century porportions of making “chcolate” (pronounced choco-la-tay) in Spain. Just add milk, cream or water to you liking for a chocolately treat.
Our seasoning blend brings together dark cocao powder, sugar, cinnamon, pepper, cloves, vanilla, anise, nutmeg and dried orange peel for the right amound of spice and sweet for a new twist on hot chocolate.
