Brown Derby

This 1920's cocktail named after the famed hat-shaped restaurant in L.A., is quick to make and even quicker to drink.

This unusual combination of bourbon whiskey, grapefruit and honey quickly became a favorite amongst the guys. Little did they know there was fruit in their glass!

 

Brown Derby

1 1/2 oz bourbon

1 oz grapefruit juice

1/2 oz honey

grapefruit twist for garnish

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with grapefruit twist
