Top Shelf Cadillac Margarita
A Cadillac Margarita is how a margarita should be: not too sweet, not too strong, with good citrus and a smooth flavor that lets the tequila shine.
Ingredients
4 ounces Patron resposada tequila, (Hornitos or El Jimador are great)
2 ounces Cointreau
4 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces agave syrup
1 ounce Grand Marnier, reserve 1 ounce for a floater
Garnish with sliced lime and salted rimmed glass
Directions
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake for 20 seconds, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
