Sweet Wine.
Also known as Dessert Wine.
There is a whole crowd of people saying they don’t like it.
Until they try it.
It’s a little known fact but France has some of the best sweet wines in the world! France’s Sauternes has been noted as liquid gold for centuries. Produced exclusively in the Bordeaux region of France, this wine is one of the most prized in the country. Its sweet flavor and smooth texture will leave your palate begging for more.
Sauturnes is completely drinkable without overpowering the senses. It pairs wonderfully with desserts and makes a great after dinner drink instead of a harsher and more pungent alcohol. It can even be enjoyed in the afternoon with a heavy appetizer such as a creamy, dense French cheese.
